Whether you have a vision impairment yourself, or have a loved one who needs yoursupport, the charity Guide Dogs can help.

Guide Dogs has recently released a set of sighted guiding videos, full of hints and tips to make life easier.

They can offer:
• Online videos demonstrating how best to guide your loved one in a range of every day scenarios – all available from the comfort of your own home.

• Face-to-face sighted guiding training sessions – these offer a more in-depth experience, and enable you to practise and build your confidence in a safe environment.

• What’s more, they’re free!
